I explore the wonderful life that abounds in the gardens and parks of our city, with particular attention directed to the very small details. Through photography, I strive to isolate this often-ignored beauty and present it in a manner that continues the tradition of the French Impressionists. By selecting the defining details and using color, light, and form, I am able to capture an impression of the soul of my subjects.
